Ramon Mendoza Pascual, one of the leaders of the hunger strike organized last spring at the North West Detention Center (Tacoma, US), still remains in ICE custody after a year of imprisonment.

His wife, Veronica Noriega, spent a whole week outside the detention center last week in hunger strike to put pressure in the system in hopes that Ramon would be set free.

During the hearing, the Homeland Security attorney very clearly tried to paint Ramon in a negative light and threatened to deny Ramon's request for a bond (bail) so that he might be reunited with his family while he awaits his next asylum hearing date in November.

This is where your help is needed, please call:

and tell them:

"Please let Ramon Mendoza free on bond, A#205868678, so he can be with his family while his administrative process continues”

Make as many calls as possible and ask your relatives, friends and co-workers to make the calls too and distribute to your networks.

With your support we can pressure ICE to allow him to reunite with his family.
