Daniel Roque Hall is severely disabled. He is up against the prison system which cannot meet his care needs. THURSDAY 25 OCT at 1pm Bruce Kent & John McDonnell MP will join family & supporters to hand in a petition to the Ministry of Justice (102 Petty France, London SW1H 9AJ) demanding that he serve his sentence at home.

All are welcome to join us.

Justice for Daniel Roque Hall

Daniel Roque Hall has Friedreich's Ataxia, a fatal degenerative disease now very advanced. He can’t use his arms or legs, has blurred vision, damaged speech, heart failure, cardiac arrhythmia and Type 1 diabetes. He was nearly killed by the neglect of the prison authorities, after just seven weeks in prison. He’s been in UCL Hospital, London, for two months after being rushed there from prison.   No UK prison can meet his complex care needs. To send him back is a death sentence, not the three years he was given. We are calling on Home Secretary Theresa May to defend his right to life as she did with Gary McKinnon.

Anne Hall, Daniel Roque Hall’s mother, is leading the campaign:

Daniel is a vulnerable adult by the Department of Health's definition as he is incapable of attending to any of his own physical needs.  His deterioration has been immense and his mental state is now very fragile as a result of the trauma of neglect and abuse in prison and of being on life support.
